The back issue has nothing to do with dancing or biking, but the long period yesterday spent trying to clean my windows and unstick the top sashes, which are cemented shut with paint. Lots of standing on radiator/footstool, trying to pull/push windows open. Unsuccessfully.
Well thank God for that; it wasn't fun that incapacitated me!
