The other day I was talking to one of the attorneys my firm uses. The subject of improv came up - she'd heard I'd studied at the Second City Training Center, and mentioned a couple she knew who had met through Improv.
"Yeah, they met at Second City and did some stuff together. You would love them - they are so funny and sharp. He's now a writer and a director, and although he doesn't work out of Second City any more, he frequently casts his shows with people from there.
"She..well, she's a mom now, so she doesn't do any of that any more, of course."
Of course.
