I should mention...

...the insanity of my day was broken yesterday by a delivery of Greece souvenirs from Sven: a postcard of the Parthenon ("It's Egypt without Egyptians!"), a set of worry beads, a bronze statuette of the Owl, symbol of Athens (the owl was the symbol of Athena, whom I played in a college adaptation of The Odyssey), and --heaven! (or, rather - Olympus!) a jar full of pistachios in honey. Sven advises this is particularly good with yogurt, so I'm bringing some to work for tasty breakfasts. Opah!
