Know what my most successful garden is? A compost bin. I just throw my vegetables scraps (including seeds in, and voila. In Boston, we had two compost ins and would routinely harvest what we termed "compost squash."

The sunflowers are coming up! None of the bulbs, but I do see what look like seedling sprouts from the handfuls of randomly collected seeds I took from wildflowers in Wisconsin. People look at me curiously as I stop on the street corner and bend down to stare at the dirt.JChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02031088973944663332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8313642679904009040.post-56556048641786597842012-05-05T00:01:43.265-05:002012-05-05T00:01:43.265-05:00And then I need you at my sad gardens. I sometimes get discouraged (see my most recent post), but it's nice to know that I can always bring my car with me wherever I go.

I will take photos - I want this corner to be a legacy for people to enjoy when I've moved on. I still have other seeds I plan to plant around the neighborhood. So I must have illustrations.

But you know what? I love what you bring to here to this blog. You are like a panacea for all those things I don't get, will never quite get to, dream of being.

I imagine you in your life, the people you meet up with, the adventures you embark upon, and I fling glitter upon you because from where I sit, your life is that cool. <3karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15428202747324083680noreply@blogger.com
